Update December 2023: Their delicious banana bread is not only vegan but also gluten-free (almond flour) and refined sugar free (coconut flower sugar). Truly home made and a must try!! Simply the best bowls in Munich. Each bowl is filled with all the nutrients and vitamins you need for a complete meal. It comes with grains, proteins, fat and healthy fiber. You are full for hours and afternoon desert is not necessary. Service is great and you never wait long. Salads and bowls range between 11-15€ and in winter, they also offer hot bowls such as Indian lentil soup (6€) or chicken curry (11-13€). Through To Good To Go you’ll get a bowl for o-almost half price. Great concept! Here I’m Highlighting what’s special about each bowl after I’ve tried it: HABIBI FALAFEL BOWL: my favorite bowl. the FALAFEL is simply delicious. It’s fresh, made from scratch and has a crispy/crunchy taste. VEGAN TRUFFLE TOFU BOWL: Imagine crispy chickpea tofu with creamy truffle sauce, roasted potato skins, black lentils, crunchy chick peas and spinach - simply Devine! If you want to try this special tofu, you will not get disappointed.

Unfortunately the food didn't taste so good and fresh for us . We came right when the restaurant opened at 11 o'clock so we could also see that the produce was not organic at all. Furthermore there was no vegan milk alternative available. (The cow milk is also low quality, not organic)

Bowl was big, made me full, tasted amazing and price was okay for Munich (9€-18€) The ingredients are fresh and the owner claims to use mostly regional and organic food.

I’ve been here a couple of times now and I really love the taste of all the bowls. They are very nutritious, filling and yet so so delicious. The owner did a great job in creating the menu and also maintaining the high standard each time you go there. Always friendly staff, nice chats and delicious food. You should also try their sweet treats. Simply mouthwatering. Keep it up guys and all the best for spreading the word for actual good and healthy “fast food” :) Oh and ps: they work very hard on preparing the food quickly, so you can definitely check them out on your lunch break ;)
